The Customer Communication Form is a vital technical, credibility building, customer communication and customer selling tool.

The CCF contains the following sections:

• SYSTEM DIAGRAM – to explain to the customer how the system works, what will be analyzed, the diagnostic results and any additional service work needed.
• SYSTEM ANALYSIS – a list of the main system components that are covered in the analysis. Each item has a “pass” or “fail” box to check during the analysis and the type of service needed if there are failures.
• SAFETY INSPECTION – a checklist of basic safety items inspected whenever a customer brings in a vehicle.
